• Andrea Újvári, founder and Managing Director of  Corporate Finance Advisors Ltd. has more than 25 years experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, capital raisings, capital markets transactions and corporate finance advisory.

• She started her investment banking career at the Budapest and London offices at Credit Suisse First Boston, then joined HSBC Investment Banking where in her latest position she acted  as Head of the Budapest Office.

• Later on she joined Raiffeisen Securities and Investment Ltd. as Director and Head of Corporate Finance. Between 2004-2011 she acted as Partner of Corporate Finance Partners Ltd.

• Until 2017 she acted as Deputy Director of Raiffeisen Bank Zrt. and Head of Corporate Finance.

• She gained her M.Sc. in economics at the Corvinus University, Budapest. She is a member of the Hungarian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association.
